This unique spin on Lachmajine takes the savory spiced meat topping you know and love and wraps it up in a delicate, golden roll — crisp on the edges, tender in the center. I’ve come to affectionately call it a Lachmajun cookie — because it’s bite-sized, addictive, and impossible to eat just one. Perfect as a meze, snack, or Shabbat treat with a twist.  Served with FREE side of Red Onion and Parsley Salad, the perfect accompaniment.
